Invoice Terms & Conditions

1.Payment terms  is  50% advance and 50% against BLR.
2. This price is valid only 7 days from this quote date.
3. On delivery of the Goods the Customer should immediately check the Goods against the delivery note.
4. Customer has to analyse, understand and decide style, final design, specification and fit before buying the product.
5. UNIFORM CART is not responsible for compatibility and specification related escalation after sales.
6. UNIFORM CART cannot facilitate samples for all the products.
7. For online payments goods will be supplied after reflection in our account only.
8. For credit\debit card payments 2% transaction charges will be applicable.
9. Goods once sold will not be taken back\exchange\refunded.
10. We declare that this invoice shows the actual price of the goods described and that all particulars are true and correct.
11. All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only last.
